The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

My son's Cross Country team made it to the UIL state finals!! He's a Junior in high school, he's been runing cross country for 5 years now. This is the first time the team has made it this far and everyone is so excited!



On a downside, I did feel pretty horrible about not making it to the regional qualifying meet. It was on Saturday and his 18th birthday was on Sunday, so he really really wanted me to be there. Unfortunately, I had already made a committment to my 9 yr old's school to be available to work for their annual Fall Festival.



He was upset with me, but he still gave it his all. He did 3 miles in 16:59. For that particular course it was his best time!



We go to Round Rock, just outside of Austin for the State Qualifying meet this weekend. We are DEFINATELY going to be there for him this time and we're all so excited and so very proud!!
